Directions for use:
Consume 15G of 99.5% Pure Glycerol = 15ML - approx One tablespoon serving or a HUGE 30G of 99.5% Pure Glycerol = 30ML - approx two tablespoons servings of Ultimate Pump Juice around 10 to 20 minutes before your workout. Alternatively Use the 30ML plastic syringe that’s provided with your order to decanter the liquid.

Ultimate Pump Juice can be mixed into any cordial or fizzy drink.
